Love this item and works well. Draw back..will tinge brown in the centre if left on warm too long. But perfect rice.

Cooks rice really well although takes a little longer than conventional methods.

It burns cooked rice on the bottom which will end up throwing everytime you use it.So it does the basic job really bad, it is another Russell Hobbs failure product. But it looks good in your kitchen as an ornament, so I give one star.Please avoid buying this product!
